With well over a decade's experience in auction operation specializing in consignment and purchasing, Vian has been showcasing a strong passion for wine and exceptional customer service skills. She is keen on exploring new business and delivering rare and fine wines to every wine lover around the world. She is recognized for excellent interpersonal skills when working with diverse clientele, including private collectors and corporate buyers on both the auction and merchant sides of the business. Having been a long-time member of the Ordine Dei Cavalieri del Tartufo e dei Vini di Alba (Knights of Alba) and more recently the Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne, Martin is very active in the Hong Kong wine scene and enjoys meeting fellow wine and spirits lovers and discovering new and interesting wines.

Yanni has over a decade of experience in the wine industry, she has developed a deep expertise in client relations and business development, specializing in building strong connections with wine collectors across the region. Throughout her career, Yanni has excelled in portfolio management and personalized client service, helping collectors navigate the fine wine market. Her passion for the industry drives her to continually foster relationships and facilitate meaningful experiences for clients, whether through one-on-one consultations or curated events. In addition to her extensive professional experience, Yanni holds the French, Italian, and Spanish Wine Scholar certificates and is currently pursuing the WSET Diploma, further enhancing her knowledge and expertise in wine.
Ken Hui

Head of Wine Merchant Business, Asia
Upon graduating from CUHK, Ken accepted what he initially viewed as a temporary position at a local wine shop while contemplating his future. After working with and being mentored by some of the trade’s most knowledgeable and vibrant professionals, he was presented with the opportunity to work in private client sales. This led to a rewarding ten-year career at two other UK fine wine merchants, where he honed his skills in both buying and selling. With the support of a loyal network of private and trade clients, as well as a strong relationship with suppliers and the excitement of Acker’s vision, he was delighted to join the incredibly talented team in the second half of 2025. In his role overseeing the Merchant Sales business, he manages the portfolios and wine collections of key accounts.

Managing Director, Asia Sales
Joey's passion for fine wine has been the foundation of her career since she began over a decade ago with a prestigious British wine merchant. Throughout her professional journey, she has dedicated herself to cultivating strong relationships with collectors across Greater China and Southeast Asia, helping them build their wine collections through strategic sourcing, insightful recommendations, and personalized trading services, while also hosting engaging events for a broader community. Her perspective is shaped by both formal qualifications, including the WSET Level 4 Diploma, and practical experience gained from living in Hong Kong and currently splitting her time between there and Bangkok. This background gives her a nuanced understanding of the Asian fine wine market. She is excited to continue this journey as part of the Acker team and looks forward to collaborating with fellow enthusiasts to curate collections that are both personally meaningful and valuable assets.
Martin Brady

Martin Brady

Director of Sales
First touching down from London in Hong Kong in 2001 and making a permanent move in 2007, Martin has a wealth of experience dealing with clients in Asia. Working first with Italian wines, then branching out into the fine wine market, he has a very broad palate with a particular interest in Barolo, Burgundy and mature Bordeaux.

Having been a long-time member of the Ordine Dei Cavalieri del Tartufo e dei Vini di Alba (Knights of Alba) and more recently the Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne, Martin is very active in the Hong Kong wine scene and enjoys meeting fellow wine and spirits lovers and discovering new and interesting wines.
